C O E R V E R  P O L I C I E S

TUITION:

REGULAR PROGRAM, $300; ADVANCED PROGRAM, $350; ELITE PROGRAM, $400. The above tuitions are for our full day camps (30 hours). We can establish shorter programs with appropriate tuition to fit your needs.

We do not prorate any tuition.

AGE RESTRICTIONS:

Please note the age requirements listed for each camp program. Underage players will only be permitted in the Advanced Program if accompanied by at least 9 of their teammates and those players must all be at least U10 at the time of the camp. Coaches of underage teams wishing to place your team in the Advanced Program, must call, write or email to make arrangements.

DISCOUNTS:

Campers are entitled to only one discount.

A 15% Early Registration Discount for applications received by February 28.

A Sibling Discount of $30 for the second and each subsequent child.

A Team Discount of $25 per player for teams of 10 or more in the same group at the same camp.

A Multiple Camp Discount of $30 for any additional camps attended during the summer season.

We do not permit any discounts for applications which are received within the 1 week (7 day) period before the first day of camp.

CANCELLATIONS:

We will issue a 100% refund for any camp which we have cancelled.

Requests for cancellation received prior to 2 weeks before the first day of the camp will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Requests for cancellations received within the 2 week period before the first day of the camp will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. All cancellation charges will also include the costs which we have incurred through Paypal, not to exceed 3% of the amount charged.

There will be no refunds for cancellations once the camp has started unless the reason for the request is due to an injury occurring at the camp. In the event of an injury at camp, we will issue a letter of credit which may be used for any of our future camps.

CHARGES:

Applications received within the 1 week (7 days) period before the first day of camp are subject to a 10% Late Registration Charge.

There will be a $25 Returned Check Charge.

MEDICAL RELEASE FORMS:

The insurance information which appears as a part of the online registration process is a part of the web site design and is not required. However, we do require that a signed and NOTARIZED Medical Release Form be returned to us by the first day of the camp.
