Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds and cancellations are subject to a processing fee of $20.00. Refunds will be given up to 2 weeks before the start of the camp or clinic. Refunds less then 2 weeks will be 50% of the total cost. After the start of the camp or clinic no refunds will be given. If an attendee has an injury prior to the start of a camp and a medical note can be produced a full refund will be given. All policies are subject to change. No refunds will be given due to a class being cancelled due to inclement weather.  Coerver Coaching Minnesota reserves the right to cancel a class due to lack of numbers.  In such a case, a full refund or credit for future sessions will be given.

These policies apply only to the Winter, Spring and Summer Clinics, including the COE, but NOT the Coerver Residential Camp

Discounts

Only one discount can be used per one player’s registration.  Team discounts apply to groups of 10 or more. To claim a team discount a team or group manager must e-mail the name of the group and the participants of the group, PRIOR to registering at a discounted rate.  The e-mail address is:
