If you prefer not to register online, please click on fomrs and print out an Application Form and/or a Medical Release Form. They can be emailed, snail mailed or faxed.

For those parents who wish to use their children's camp tuition for income tax purposes, the letter which we sent to you is your receipt and does have our federal employer identification number thereon.
