Our very experienced staff have worked in the Coerver program for many years now and have seen the tremendous benefit to the players we have coached in using the Coerver method.

I am James Tyers Director for Michigan, welcome to Coerver Coaching

I have been part of Coerver Coaching since 1995 when i started with Tim Thurston then in charge of the program for the county of Norfolk, England. Since that time i have always loved using the Coerver method and have seen the huge benefits of the program to many players of many levels. I am now in my eleventh year residing in Detroit Michigan having finished playing professionally and now concentrating on my coaching career. I hope that we can be of service to you all in your quest for soccer stardom.

Our other full time staff member is:

Christian Hatzenbeler a highly qualified coach, former professional, college & ODP player who now is also a coaching Director with a local club in Detroit on a full time basis.

This upcoming seasonal year 2009-2010 we will not only be holding our summer camps, high school & team camp programs but will also introduce a winter program for players to be held at some of the best indoor facilities in the Michigan.

NEWS 

During the past few seasons we have worked with two new metro Detroit soccer Associations, Clawson youth soccer association & Wayne Westland soccer association.

Two projects were initiated an academy and team training, these have proved to be successfull and our hope is to continue to develop these programs along with others and create a long lasting relationship with both.

We would like to thank both clubs for their support and belief of the Coerver program.

WE WILL ONCE AGAIN BE HOLDING SEVERAL CAMPS AT TOTAL SOCCER WIXOM STARTING AGAIN IN 2010. MORE DETAILS WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON.

BIRMINGHAM BLOOMFIELD SOCCER CLUB

This will be the start of our 4th seasonal year with the BBSC/BLAZERS club for which both Coerver & the BBSC/BLAZERS are very excited. When we started it was our intention to overhaul & revamp the in house program for them to provide 1, an exciting & fun technical curriculum to enhance all players ability even though they may only just be beginning in the sport. 2, create a constant academy system of exciting players who love the game of Soccer to move into their club program at the older ages. 3, provide a constant & always improving educational soccer environment for players, coaches, parents, club officials & the community. and lastly 4, a fun, exciting, positive & continual development program for the club to build upon. At the 07-08 try outs the BLAZERS part of the club formed 3 new young teams for the next year U9 Girls, U9 Boys & U10 Boys of which over 80% came from the in house program.

Our thanks goes to the BBSC/BLAZERS for their continued trust & support of our program, We look forward to our continued success together.
